MEETING INFORMATION

The meeting will be held in Humanities and Social Sciences 1500, on the UCR campus (C/D-5 on the campus map available at: http://campusmap.ucr.edu/imap/index.html.)

DIRECTIONS and TRANSPORTATION

UC, Riverside is 20-30 minutes from the Ontario, CA airport. There is a link to directions to the campus at http://campusmap.ucr.edu/imap/index.html. Free parking is available on the weekends in Lot P1, near the University Avenue entrance to the campus.

LODGING

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard-Marriott, 1510 University Avenue, Riverside, CA 92507 at a rate of $105/night. Call 951-276-1500 to reserve and mention the “UCR-Pacific Study Group of the North American Kant Society”. Since these rooms will be released after October 11, you will need to reserve by then. Other lodging possibilities: More elegant rooms are available at the Mission Inn (c. $150/night) – call 888-447-9943 and ask for the UCR rate. (You may need to mention the conference.) Acceptable but much less expensive rooms are available at the Thunderbird Lodge (c. $70/night) - http://www.thethunderbirdlodge.com/.

FEES and REGISTRATION. There is no registration fee for the meeting. However, if you plan to attend, please notify Andy Reath (reath@ucr.edu) by Friday October 18, to help us with our planning. We will organize a dinner for Saturday night for those who RSVP. Depending on our budgetary situation, conference participants may be asked to pay a modest amount for the dinner.
